VAN RENTAL TERMS
In order to sign a rental agreement passport and valid "B" category driving license with a minimum of 2 years of experience are required, as well as advance payment for the entire rental term and a deposit of 200 Eur. The amount of the deposit is made up the Insurance value.

Driver's licence
The driver must have a valid B category driving license.
Necessary documents
For private individuals: A person needs to submit copies of passport and driving license to receive a car.
Bail
The provided security deposit in the amount of EUR 200 is charged from the Lessee at the beginning of the lease. The provided security can be accepted in cash. If the rental conditions are not violated, the security deposit is returned at the end of the rental within 10 working days. If the Lessee refuses the lease within 5 days at the latest, the Lessor has the right to withhold 10% of the security deposit. If the Lessee refuses the lease less than 5 days before the start of the rental, the Lessor has the right to withhold 50% of the security deposit.
Settlements Payments for services can be made in cash.
Fuel
It is allowed to fill the car only at the following filling stations: NESTE, STATOIL, LUKOIL, SHELL, ORLEN.
When handing over the car, the fuel tank must be filled to the extent it was received.
TK VANHIRERIGA
If the car is delivered with less fuel, an additional charge of EUR 2 per liter for missing fuel will be calculated.
Smoking
It is strictly forbidden in the car cabin.
Cleaning
The car is delivered clean - washed from the outside and cleaned from the inside. An additional fee will be charged if re-cleaning is required,
- body washing EUR 20,
- interior cleaning EUR 15,
- interior dry cleaning EUR 100,
Minimum rental period
is one day (24 hours).
Maximum permissible delay
15 min.
Additional equipment
We offer additional equipment on request: Please inform us in advance if you want to rent additional equipment.
Car insurance
the car has the following insurance: compulsory civil liability insurance (OCTA). CASCO full coverage can be booked at additional price per request.

SELF-RISK
The self rigsh deductible from the customer for minibus damage is starting from EUR 400.00 (four hundred EUR).
The customer's self risk for the complete destruction or theft of the van is 100% of the value.
The self risk is calculated in double amount if the damage is caused by theft of the vehicle in the territory of Russia, Belarus or Ukraine etc.
The customer's own risk is not deducted if the damage to the vehicle as a result of a road traffic accident is the fault of a third party, whose liability is insured in accordance with the Law on Compulsory Motor Third Party Liability Insurance and whose guilt is confirmed by a competent authority decision or agreed statement.
Penalties
the loss of car documents or keys or damage to the cabin (eg cigarette burning of seats) will cost the Lessee EUR 200,-
All penalties for violations of administrative and traffic regulations committed during the use of the car must be paid by the Lessee.
